After checking out what my Evans Rankings Formula had pumped out from the 2011 & 2012 NCAA FBS Division and NFL Seasons, I have decided to modify my ranking formula just slightly, this modification will add just a little more accuracy to Evans Rankings and will increase my confidence in what I slap my name on.
